Bullet Train Explosion

Really liked this one. The style reminded me of Shin Godzilla (no surprise there), and got me hooked from start to finish. There are few things that go nowhere, and maybe few shots were just added for train otakus, but overall it was a great ride.

Damn , this movie got me hooked , at some point I was seating all eyes on the screen to not miss any details , excellent acting from start to finish.

From start to finish, the movie gets you hooked. Storyline, acting, dialogues are just on the line.

A bit over long. But, A very enjoyable and entertaining movie. Good tension and suspense. Definitely, well worth a watch. 👍

Misc Goof: [spoiler]At the 54:30 mark, as they handle the rope to transport the item across the tracks, watch their hands... At the beginning, you can see skin, as soon as the rope is sent, they all suddenly had gloves on, no time had passed. I laugh cause my first thought was "that's gonna be fucking painful without gloves", and then suddenly Kazuya had black gloves, and Chika had white gloves...[/spoiler]

Could have done with losing a few scenes to bring the running time down a bit but otherwise a fun enjoyable movie.

In the second half the film sags a bit. With psychology from the cold ground they try to explain the actions of the perpetrator. That's where it becomes unbelievable. But if you accept that half hour, it's a fine action movie, even if you in general don't like the Japanese style of storytelling.

OK,so it's overlong,it loses momentum a bit in the second half, despite that it's a fun and at times tense action/disaster movie.It was fair.

It's like speed but with a train, and no keanu reeves.
