Love this movie. great characters, filmed fantastic great color, love the traps can't wait for 3. these are guilty pleasure movies

Nonstop action from start to finish

Kick ass sets and some fun scenes keep it just good enough for me to like it as much as the first. Still some unfortunate [spoiler]animal violence[/spoiler] but it's less than the first.

This one got intense real quick! I haven't watched the first one. I just realized this is a sequel after I finished watching, how stupid of me. But boy that was really fun! It's brutal and gorey. The editing wasn't my favorite and honestly gave me headache but what I like is that it didn't waste any time. It's short and tight with really high kill count and tense action sequences. It managed to keep the suspense throughout. Yes, some characters are dumb but they're tolerable. The final scene was epic. Worth a watch!

Compared to its predecessor, "The Colection" continues the same gore on your face slasher film genre that we are used to seeing. But this time the magic that was in the first one is lost for the second one. The Collector itself is illustrated in a more weaker and not so smarter version than the first one. The kind of predictable storyline along with the similarity of some scenes to the "SAW" Franchise make "The Collection" a watchable film but nothing better compared to the original.

Second outing in this franchise trades in the stranger in the house vibe for 2 haunted house settings with a slightly more satisfying revenge note. Apparently the third installment is in the works.

A solid effort and an above average horror fare, though slightly less fresh than its predecessor.

All the stuff I loved about the original was ruined by this one. Doesn't even feel like the same Collector. This is what happens when you go too big.
