Good to see Tobey play something other than Spider-Man... Too bad the movie didnt know what it wanted to be... A good hearted doctor.. Or a good for nothing cheating husband

When it comes to movies, I'm pretty much in the know. You could say I know all the details! So how on earth did I miss this one? Up until this evening I had never even heard of this film, which is surprising, as I am a fan of both Maguire and Banks. It's not a great movie - it is overstuffed with details that threaten to derail the whole enterprise - but there are some good moments, especially from Linny as the bonkers neighbour.

I really like Tobey McGuire. I wanted this to be better, I really did. It needed to be quirkier. It was riding this odd line of fantastical story but normal, but not but boring characters. It needed to be way out there with a better wife. Martha Plimpton or even Ellen Page would've been better. Just needed to be weirder.
