I watched this film because it was recommended to me after getting my CDL for the first time, starting a new job. I can say one thing - the movie is so, so informative, like it's a really stupidly exciting documentary. Is there any real reason to film a truck going over a weigh station and explaining certain hazmat symbols? Does it have to mention all aspects of a drop and hook? Not really, but they do touch base on what it's like to operate a motor vehicle if you really pay attention and ignore the action movie stuff. The movie itself, though? It's a bit aged, too much country music, it tries a little too hard to make a naturally slow-moving vehicle seem fast, and the plot itself is too complicated for it's own good. The guy's hired by a bunch of crooks that like, turn on each other, and so both variations of the same crooks are after him. I don't know, but truck-wise, it's pretty in-depth.

It's not doing much unique, but it's a fun enough action/thriller. If you're a fan of truck or chase films or any of this cast you should have some fun with this.
