Add it to the list of great football and sports movies. It was actually honored to be chosen to be on the Black List (a good thing). Oddly, some football fans hate it. not me, lol. I make it my yearly movie to watch on Draft Day.

What a great movie for those sport fan geeks who love front office drama with draft picks, trades, ect. Thought it was stressful and fun enough watching the games well, this movie proves that building a roster can be just as fun as it follows the front office staff of the browns (more so the GM) on draft day as they make a series of moves to shift the course of their franchise. The character intimacy with the audience throughout the course of the fictional day makes this movie great and puts you on the edge of your seat.

Absolutely love this movie. Great sports movie that shows a lot of the behind the scenes stuff for Professional Football.

I'm not a football fan and enjoyed this football fairy tale. It's a breezy fun film with great direction and very creative in helping you track the characters that are primarily interacting over the telephone. Worth a viewing even for non-sports fans.

>"Say it with me, you pancake-eating motherfucker."

This is like Moneyball for football, but not realistic at all and more for funsies and entertainment. Costner always brings his A-game and you can't help but feel good at the end.
