not as good as "the lego movie" or "lego batman" but not bad either. Good animation but too fast paced to admire it all. The severe daddy issues got annoying after some time

Well not has good as the other lego movies, some of it was in pieces but It's humour was on top and it had some good gags also had a good message to it.

A variation of the Lego universe story. A good movie that fans will certainly appreciate.

People need to lego (let go) of the fact the film isn't as good as the others. No, it isn't as funny, but at least it tells its own story without an overload of cameo blockheads. I was still entertained, despite not knowing anything about the Ninjago universe.

A little more entertaining than I expected, especially since I was completely unfamiliar with every single character. My 8 year old son knew who they all were and he loved it. Biggest drawback for me was that Garmadon sounded almost exactly like Lego Batman from the other movies. Jokes were mostly funny, plot was pretty interesting (for a LEGO movie) and as an adult I wasn't bored much. On 2nd viewing, felt like it dragged a bit in the middle (more than I thought on first viewing) but I acknowledge that I am not the target audience. My 5 year old laughed through the whole movie.

hmm I dunno, felt kinda messy and forgettable. But how they introduced the cat made me laugh. [/spoiler]

I can't rate this movie since I'm definitely not the target audience, but my nine year old son is and he said he enjoyed this movie and he would watch it again if he found it on.

Kind of a let down for the Lego Movie series. Unoriginal plot, dialogue, and jokes. There was _maybe_ a few original jokes, but the funny scenes in the trailers are just about the only funny parts in the movie. Great cast lineup, terrible writing.

This film takes pieces from _The Lego Movie_ and _Lego Batman_ and forces them together in a way that makes the new creation look like shite.
