A Texas cop, whose own daughter might have been forced into sexual slavery, joins forces with a Mexican youth to find the boy's sister, who was abducted and forced into prostitution. Meanwhile, a Polish woman who was promised a better life in America also becomes a victim.
The movie was okay, I'm not going to lie, it wasn't a work of art, it's not even close, being too good and optimistic I would give it an 8, but that's not the case. I liked the movie overall, I liked the plot, how it developed, although the only thing that didn't convince me was the ending. I think that many directors don't know how to end a movie, this director was one of them, I was left with doubts, what happened at the end with Jorge after killing the pimp? What happened to the daughter of the man who pretended to be a detective? Was the green-eyed girl the daughter or not? Did the mother at no time call the police because her two children disappeared? Many questions and no answers, that's why in my opinion I give it a 7 at most, the movie is fine, and that's it, nothing more.
