Between 1943 and 1945, he hides, with the help of other prisoners, thousands of negatives, with the purpose of showing the freed world the atrocities committed by the Nazis, exhaustively documented. Positives:
This film was tense and showed the realism of war. During the whole film I was on the edge of my seat. I think the props were great and the set pieces were one of the best I have seen in awhile.
Negatives:
On the other hand this movie was a lot slower then I anticipated. The trailer made the film out to be a faster pace and more of a drama. I really wanted to rate this movie higher but I couldn't get myself to do it. Sometimes the CGI was hit or miss. Plus, I felt that the characters did a lot of unnecessary things to take time go by in the film.
Overall:
I will need to watch this film again because I wanted to love it so bad but something was holding me back. I love WW2 movies and this is still a very good watch. This is also a Netflix Original that many people have probably never heard of.
