Rob Lowe is great at making you wish he was violently killed in this. Kaley Cuoco, you feel for her as Stacy Peterson. Who is married to an insecure psycho.
You want her to get away from him but you know she won’t if you look up Stacy Peterson. Despite this being based on a serious true story about a real bastard.
The performances by the leads have too much of a dramedy feel to them. Almost like they are making fun of a real life missing person’s case. Especially Rob Lowe.
Which I didn’t like but it kept my attention just so I could see Rob Lowe’s Drew Peterson arrested. Which isn’t satisfying enough since even arrested he is still a cocky SOB.
