Like Meet The Parents, this movie frustrated me so much because I can feel Dave's (Sandler) pain. It has some pretty hilarious moments and Nicholson was the perfect choice for Dr. Buddy.

[spoiler] pretty outdated and not really my thing, wasn't sure if Ive seen it before when I was younger but I guess I did bc I kinda knew it was a setup (otherwise I couldn't have endured Buddy) and the last scene with the singing I definitely remember. [/spoiler]

Soo goofy and implausible, but lots of fun. Either you're in for Sandler at this point, or you're not. If you are, you should enjoy yourself. Who doesn't want to see Woody Harrelson in drag?

I know the world is supposed to center around Adam Sandler in his movies. But in this one they over do it with that silly twist.

eh, out of all the 90s/2000s silly adam sandler movies, this one's a bit more serious and also a bit more "what the fuck did i just watch??". wish i watched happy gilmore for the 10th time instead
