Happy Feet

This movie has a very strong ideology behind it. A very good movie!

This movie was a wild ride and I have enjoyed myself more than I should have, but man...

Happy Feet is for what it should be a weird but lovely movie. The animation looks even for 2006 cheap and awkward and the story has a lot of cringe potential. But at the same time, it's a wholesome and exciting story about a kid who is different than the others on his way to learning his purpose and accepting the way how he is and making the best of it. And even the cheap-looking animation style is fast forgiving because it won’t even bother you too much because of the way you follow the main character Mumble and want to know what he does next.

It's maybe not a movie for everyone but I think it's a great movie for kids which in includes a good moral for the story.

[spoiler] So the world descends into chaos and rioting with politicians fighting each other verbally all because Mumble and the penguins do a funny little dance. [/spoiler]

OK, what a big hot pile of penguin shit.

The CGI is not great and the songs got old after the first few.

The same guy who did all the Mad Max films made this...
