Two episodes have been released and so far this fails to capture the full charm of its predecessors but it still has the same silly magical adventure feel that the others had. Having characters from the past series are a welcome touch which keeps this from being too harsh of a transition. These new actors are a good enough fit and Jessica Green is a very beautiful person to watch in action.

The entire Librarians series and its movies were never something to rave about but they have been fun to watch and they are family safe, this series is as well. Overall the visual effect are better than ever. The lore is a little more flimsy but being this late in the story line I'd expect this with the obvious artifacts having already been previously covered. The stories are a tad weak but maybe that is just because it seems like they are only aiming to entertain a very young audience while the other series put a little more effort in for the adults.

I'm not familiar with the movies or the original tv show of it, but for some weird reasons, I like it. Reminds me of "Warehouse 13" which was also not a show I usually like to watch, but it was a nice show to watch a episode once in a while.

Well I loved the previous version but this doesn’t come close. The only thing it has going for it is Jessica green, and of course Christian Kane to try and help promote the series

The previous Librarians were fun ride. This next chapter os fun with 3 bog improvement notes to Dean Devlin:
1. Vikram Chamberlain is the most annoying Librarian. So annoyingly over the top, he probably caused this next chapter a 1 season next chapter.

2. A ballet dancer as Guardian? Please tell me how that makes sense.

3. Uninspired crews. The story telling is subpar at best, amateurish and clearly uninspired. The 4 librarians prior was so different from 1 to another, that ot was fun to watch them banter and work together. This next chapter gang is pretty much 1 person multiplied by 3 to support 1 annoying librarian and 1 ghost library care taker (Jenkin'a replacement).

Clearly thia next chapter was a cheap pick up by TNT, but I do hope if they got season 2 because of Devlin influence, they need to upgrade a lot of things to make this series watchable.

Not even close, felt like a poor CW production/acting from the 80s. Bummer, loved the original. 😞👎

So far this is a decent sequel TV show, I prefer the first show.

I know The Librarian franchise are cheesy B-movies but they are still a fun rainy day watch, which is how I think I initially found them. But I do enjoy this world and especially the series, The Librarians (https://trakt.tv/shows/the-librarians-2014), that spun off from the movies (https://trakt.tv/lists/official/the-librarian-collection) is a blast and a half.

However, this new series leaves much to be desired and only made it 1 episode. Returned to the first movie to see if they were as bad as the new series to try to give the show some grace but there's just something missing although it is trying.

Don't think this will get a second season nore should it. Bad writing, bad acting.
