It’s a welcome return to the cast of dragon ball. It appears some reviews are pretty negative which feels insane considering only 5 episodes are out at the time of writing. It’s a Dragon Ball series so be prepared for slow buildups. Interestingly, despite that every episode does appear to introduce a major plot point and a beautifully done fight sequence so far. It’s early days, but you never feel like you’re waiting to “get to the good stuff,” every episode is a small treasure to be enjoyed. I’d recommend to anyone who enjoyed the original Dragon Ball

They said DBGT was canon and here’s version 2.0 for the records.. lol and I’m all for it! Let the adventure begin!

A really great show that treads a similar path to Dragon Ball GT but with a better focus. Has really pretty animation and strikes a delicate balance of aspects from DB, DBZ, and some GT also. A ton of fun.

They promised so much and gave me nothing.

What a sad note to end your legacy on. Poor Toriyama. His entire life and this is his final contribution. An entry so bad that, even though GT was arguably worse, this series actually makes you not want to be a Dragon Ball fan.

It should just be called Dragon Ball Isekai: Adult Saiyan gets dragged to another word as a child and eats questionable things
