Because any show that makes you think about your own opinions MUST be a bad thing...
Thanks, Penn. It's about time we all started to actually think for ourselves.

A series in the early seasons that is mostly right and self-aware, pointing out all the bullshit practices, cults, people and systems of society. It's essential viewing for the rational and skeptical mind. Penn and Teller bring a little comedy, wisdom and a lot of common sense to the proceedings, even if their views are a bit too libertarian for my liking. But in being libertarian and magicians, they can more easily point out the bullshit practices and charlatans that are ingrained in society. Plus, even if you have knowledge of a lot of what they point out, there will still be things that might surprise you and transform your whole view of a certain system that you wouldn't think was negative, like the recycling industry, which they pointed out so much bullshit that most of us had bought into without thinking about it or doing the research.

At least its good until the later seasons, and then it becomes a lot more pro-capitalism, pro-libertarianism along with a lot of misinformation. Really, it turned into something quite harmful sometimes, but it gets somewhat better in the last 2 seasons.

Also, there's a lot of nudity.
