Major changes await in Season 3 of NCIS. When one of Gibbs’ former partners and lovers becomes the new director his job gets more complicated, and is made more so when she assigns the new Israeli liaison officer to his team. The addition of Lauren Holly and Cote de Pablo to the cast proves to be good for the show; bringing new energy and character dynamics. Also, several notable guest stars are featured, and the shocking season finally leaves the show in a very interesting and uncertain place. NCIS’s third season takes some daring risks, and the show ends up stronger for it.
