Overlord

EPIC! Just an amazing show between the action characters and politics it's a great show CGI is a tad shit but the story more then makes up for it.

Wow… this is a very good anime tv series… Overlord is the Game of Thrones of anime!

I hope we get season 5 in the future, because of the Theocracy Kingdom and hidden dragon.

Really enjoyed this and looking forward to more seasons!

It was an amazing show. Story was not that great but the characters were awesome. The show starts with an amazing plot but became boring in the second season. Instead of creating two recap movies they should have covered the entire season 2 in movies. Season 3 is where the show picked up the pace.
Definitely hoping for more seasons to come!

**Edit:** Season 4 was nothing extraordinary yet I found myself excited to watch more of this anime.

Season one was the best as it focused on the main characters the most. Seasons two and three were viewed mostly from the angle of the people overlord was screwing with. Usually involving long boring conversations between lizard men or nobles and the like. I actually found myself fast forwarding through a few episodes just to get to something entertaining. At least there were goblins to break up the monotony, they were a joy. Season four gets things back on track. Once again focusing their time on Ains and the pleiades and wrapping up the efforts of the previous two seasons. I can’t wait for more. I just hope it’s less of the world building from seasons two and three and more of the takeover and destruction from season four.

This show was kind of up and down for me. It was a really cool game sim feel to the show, but there were just parts where the overall plot lines seemed random, and with a lack of urgency. Graphics and voice acting was simply average, nothing too incredible. Although the fight scenes definitely provided a different feel than normal, with more emphasis on outwitting your opponent than simply overpowering them. I feel like with some better pacing and updated graphics, this show had the potential to be stellar, but it was still pretty great overall.
