I do quite like this show. The way of using old vhs home movie recordings adds a nice switch from the countless other murder documentary serials we get. It means if you are seeing a case that's been in other shows you ate going to get a different look at things. You get to see, and therefore know, a lot more what the person is like. The victim, the 'monster' , the family, the day to day life, you get a glimpse of them all and when you see a particularly interesting episode you feel a lot more involved. You know the participants that much more. We are onto season 12 which must reveal something to the viewer who has not yet watched any.
