Equality, racism, LGBTQ - and that in a German comedy series? What sounds like an impossible task, the series creators manage to wrap up very well - with clever dialog and some wit - without ever wanting to get their fingers particularly dirty and without taking up really controversial topics. Unfortunately, in seasons 2 and 3, the character development and the development of the protagonist's story are virtually absent.
