I absolutely loved this movie.

I loved the story it told, the message of change and acceptance and forgiveness it held and at the end I even shed a tear or two.

Plus, the actress who plays Alex (in her own words about an actor in another movie) "is really hot" 😂😉

Loved it!
Definitely my favorite kind of movie
You laugh here and there and you also cry here and there and by the time it’s over you might still have tears in your eyes but you’re smiling.
If you liked “P.S. I Love You” or “The Family Stone”, you will like this one too

THE LIFE LIST

A simple story told so simply
But, hell, do they tell this one so well, it’s a story that has been told over and over again and some are just so bad.
Then there are those that are done so well and are memorable for it, this movie goes straight to the top of this list.
It Marandas along with little things happening and tiny little moments and before you know it, it’s the end, but your left with a story that was complete somehow…
Yes you will have your moist eyes moments, but best of all your have happy memories flooding back from your own life and that’s what this movie does for you.

It’s a bit of a corny and predictable movie. But there is an emotional lingering to it that sticks with you during the movie. Personal gave me some food for thought, but that’s just me.

I saw this after the loss of me beloved 23 year old dog. Everything for me is difficult now this film moved me because I also lost my mom to cancer....I find tat no mattercwhat flaws one may find this is a little gem about self exploration coming to terms with grief moving on staying authentic....I gave it an 8.....worth a watch...

At first glance, it is a rather conventional film in its form, yet its ability to delve into deeper emotional connections is remarkable. The love of a family, the bond between a parent and child, love in its most essential form, all are explored with rare sensitivity. I was deeply moved by the portrayal of these familial ties, by the understated presence of grief that weaves itself throughout the narrative, slowly binding every element together. I found myself reflected in the image of a person trapped in a hole, in need of a shovel to climb free and the story gripped me emotionally at every turn. I feel compelled to leave a comment, as it is rare for a film to make me shed so many tears over so many themes that strike a personal chord : my relationship with my parents, my brother, my conception of love, and my own self-image. Though seemingly simple, the story is profoundly moving. I give it a well-deserved 8.

The Life List tells a rather straightforward story, but the emotional resonance lingers long after the credits roll. What stands out most powerfully is the beautiful portrayal of the relationship between the protagonist and her mother and stepfather. Their genuine care and unabashed expression of love creates some truly touching moments throughout the film.

This authentic depiction of family bonds, however, stirred unexpected feelings in me. Watching their supportive relationship evoked a slight jealousy and ultimately left me with a sense of loneliness as the story concluded.

The film effectively holds a mirror to our own family experiences, which can make it both comforting and challenging to watch depending on one's personal history. While the plot follows a predictable path, the emotional journey it takes viewers on is what makes "The Life List" worth experiencing.
