Just what I needed to watch today.

If you are looking for a nice romantic date, Endless Love might be a good choice.

I haven't watched the original. This one wasn't very good. It's kind of sweet, but the acting and script weren't done well. Many inconsistencies throughout threw off the rhythm of the film. And there wasn't much conflict with the parents, just with one parent, so the description was very misleading.

One of the worst remakes of an ‘80s cult classic, Endless Love is a shallow and vapid piece of tripe. The story follows star-crossed lovers Jade and David as they try to make their relationship work despite their different circumstances and the objections of her father. The two leads have no chemistry together and are completely unbelievable as a couple. In fact, nothing in the film is particularly believable; the characters, the relationship, the story, none of it. In fact, the story is little more than a string of bad stereotypes and clichés. Just an incredibly piss-poor piece of filmmaking, Endless Love is complete garbage.

Another dumb movie about rich white teenagers who fall in "love" (let's be honest they are the WORST couple) and have melodramatic conversations inbetween. Complete shite, burn it

If ass were a movie, this would be it.

I watched this alone in 2019 Valentine's day. I thought it was cheesy but man it was pretty awesome. Can't believe that my heart can still skip a beat.
