Movie is quite good unlike those reviews

I have to admit I love it. It was wonderfully overplayed and brooding and full of its self with lots of color and a great soundtrack.
The main fight scene was gory and fun filled action - some of the kills adding a great horror vibe to a more supernatural telling of this movie!! Buying the Steel book of this for sure!

I'm currently watching the new Crow movie, and I honestly believe it's nowhere near as bad as what people are making it out to be.

Now, I was in my teenage years years during the original, and loved it at the time. But, re-watching the original recently showed me how awful that one was 😂😭 No disrespect to the memory of Brandon, but I feel the circumstances of his death during the movie made the hype.

This newer version is gritty, has rightfully changed the story of the original, and Bill Skarsgård has played the role brilliantly.

I know many people think differently, but this is my take from it. Watch it, don't fixate on the original, and enjoy it

It was brilliant.Bloody,gory and gruesome,the whole film had me gripped from start to finish.Skarskård's performance was a highlight.

Unlike most people, I genuinely enjoyed this movie. It was beautifully shot, had a killer soundtrack, and the chemistry between the lead actors? Electrifying. Their performances pulled me in, making the lighter, more tender moments on screen together shine even brighter, which was hauntingly beautiful in contrast to the overall dark and moody tone of the film.

That being said, I would’ve loved to give this movie a solid 10/10, especially considering how badly it’s getting review-bombed, but there were a few minor moments at the opera where Bill’s performance felt a little off. These were small, almost inconsequential moments that came across a bit cringe. While minor, it was enough for me to drop my score from a perfect 10 to a 9. However, based on his previous roles, it’s pretty clear he’s a top-tier actor, which is why I think this… is totally on the director—either through bad direction or not simply not catching it in post.

Despite those minor flaws, if you haven’t seen the original or simply like the cast? The movie is an absolute must-watch. It’s got the right mix of style and substance to stand out, and given how swift the public was to dismiss it after the first trailer dropped, maybe it was always destined to become another cult classic, in its own right.

Well, I really liked it.
The origin story is great, the aesthetic is fantastic, the acting is almost excellent (I didn't like everyone) but Bill Skarsgård is superb and the action scenes are really well done. If they make a sequel I'll gladly watch it.

Wasn’t expecting much from this movie. But they played the safe route and I think it paid out. I would have liked more to the backend of the story though.

I mean I didn’t watch the ‘94 movie so the story was completely new for me and it worked. It was too predictable but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
