Great movie, really enjoyed it. Does anyone know what is the name of the Irish song that is playing on the radio n the Pub when Liam Neeson is after Ed Harris to get him? The song sounds similar to one of John Denver's song but hubby says it's an Irish song. Can anyone help me out with the name of the song please? Thanks!

I actually really enjoyed this movie.
It´s not re-inventing the wheel in terms of action movies. It´s a genre-typical story with pros and cons. No out of this world acting. But it´s straight, real action - not this unrealistic CGI stuff. You know, like they used to do - I miss that.

I have mixed emotions about this one; overall, it was an edge-of-your-seat action thriller with Liam Neeson playing a **tiny** bit different character. Instead of the typical (here of late, anyway) unstoppable _"I have a special set of skills"_ tough guy, Neeson plays a washed-up drunken has-been who suddenly sobers up when his own son is thrown into the fray. It was interesting watching him portray practically a laughingstock who's the object of ridicule of every other tough guy in "the business", but ultimately proves that muscle memory goes deep and those special skills don't wash away in a bottle. Granted, there were some parts that were roll-your-eyes worthy because they (like so many other LN movies since _Taken_ ) made him out to be practically unstoppable, but overall, I found this a great action flick. My "mixed emotions" hinge solely on the conclusion: without spoiling it, let me just say that it seemed like the producers ran out of film (or money?) and said, _"Let's quit here."_ Seemed to just drop off abruptly. You're watching the story and the next thing you know, the credits are rolling and you're like _"Huh? Did I miss something?"_ No, you didn't miss anything; they just cut it off real suddenly. Still, I found it definitely worth watching and better than some of Neeson's more recent releases ( _The Marksman_ ). As always, Ed Harris gives an outstanding performance, Common was decent as a contract killer (I would like to have seen his character get a bit more development), and I just like seeing Vincent D'Onofrio in practically anything. He never ceases to amaze me. Yes, it may be "predictable" in some areas, but it's still a good film…definitely worth watching.

YES! Love Liam Nelson action movies and this is another one! The guy can do no wrong it seems. Quite enjoyable and very sad ending - I didn't like Taken 3 and I found this one better because you can see the producer tried to put characters first over action. I found the characters believable, especially the main villain - nice story! 7/10

The final scenes weren't a surprise but an entertaining movie none the less. I do think Liam Neeson is now getting just a little too old to be playing these action roles, especially when he's depicted as being able to out-run and out-fight much younger and fitter men; or does this say something about the general fitness of todays teens/twentysomethings
