"I'll fuckin' sell anything to anybody, Hatcher, except you, man, I wouldn't sell you the sweat off my balls."

Steven Seagal knows how to break some bones right?

Anyway in Marked for Death Steven Seagal is a retired DEA agent who goes back to his hometown to meet up with his niece, mother, sister and Max (Keith David). He finds out his town is in the grip of a Jamaican posse. One plus one is two and Steven Seagal goes after them. Especially after they try to take out Seagal himself and hit his niece instead. Don't worry he isn't dead. We get a car chase, loads of shooting, broken bones, Keith David hitting someone over the head with a shotgun after Steven Seagal had taken out the rest of the baddies. Some fun one-liners, Seagal supporting that epic pony tail and even a plot twist!

Marked for Death is an entertaining 90's action movie and one of Seagal's better outings. Well worth a watch!

Another one by the man. Frankly, these early movies are not great and generally all the same, but they are still batter than most of the stuff he made later. The good guy avenges his friends again the evil bad guys. As usual, his martial arts moves are rather unimpressive and seem to work only if the opponent participates and falls down from a light push. For fans of the man
