I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. I had no idea how it would end and yet it still kept me on my toes. Everyone did a great job. I know the Sweeney German accent wasn't that great but didn't take me out of it. I love all the leading ladies and Bruhl. Least favorite is Law but I enjoyed him in this. Well worth a watch.

This is unquestionably Sydney Sweeney’s movie. She’s outstanding in it, and I hope to see her take on more serious roles like this in the future. Every other actor truly feels like a supporting character in comparison. That was my impression by the end of the film. It wasn’t until the end credits that I realised it’s based on a true story and that Margret Wittmer is the main protagonist. Kudos to the casting team as well—they did an excellent job.

Accents aside, the movie was engaging throughout. " Democracy leads to Fascism leads to war". This quote really sums up history well.

Didn’t feel like a two hour ten minute movie. The cinematography was beautiful. Great acting. Another winner from Ron Howard. And the fact that it was based on a true story even makes it more dramatic.

The film industry produces a lot of films, and this is a good one. Everything about it was quality. Well cast, beautiful dramatic
filming of scenary as well as dialogue well filmed.Excellent pacing and not predictable.

Good plot, acting wise it was tolerable, and it’s a fair movie. Watch it if you don’t have other suspense movies. Finally take of the movie is: you cannot run away from problems, human nature doesn’t change by changing external factors, and extreme sides of anything will only destroy.

A good movie that shows the struggle of doing things without stores around and modern technology

I now think Sydney Sweeney is not a great actress. And maybe this movie needed a different director. Plus side, watching two boobas out of three gives it a +1

Aside from the distractingly horrible German "accent" people are trying to pull off, and the completely useless and blatantly wrong subtitles translated from what i assume is a German dub, it wasn't all that bad. Ana de Armas makes a great villain and the tensions rise steadily. [spoiler] It was also nice to see Daniel Bruhl hadn't forgotten how to kill even after years out of the trenches, that stabbing was super satisfying.[/spoiler]
