OMG! Another pitiful one. Most of it was the worst kind of fantasy. I would have enjoyed watching a rerun of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs instead of this. And don’t get me started on the weak lily-livered characters. Especially the men.
Went in with low expectations, but was still surprised with how bad this movie was. Philippe's character was beyond annoying. I found myself wishing he would just die, because I couldn't hardly stomach anymore of him. Hirsch's character's redemption arc was hilarious. The movie was trying to pull off a very serious and emotional ending, but it just made me cringe. Hirsch sacrificing his own life to save someone else was the icing on the cake haha. I won't blame the cast though, the script seemed as if they were making it up as they went.
Badly written. I am also guessing they either lost some footage or they ran out of money, because some of the edits are bizarre. A lion attacks, wife gets eaten and illegal cargo found all off camera? 😆
It’s bad. Don’t watch.
