How refreshing! Also every time she said 'oofta' I chuckled.
A Gem!A Lyrical and quite gritty intimate thriller!A thrillingly tense game of kill-or-be-killed.Emma is fantastic!
a suspenseful thriller with strong female protagonist and antagonist. A worthy watch.
This wasn’t the most original movie out there but it still served its purpose. I thought the landscape was absolutely gorgeous. All the snow on the trees and the cinematography really made it feel like winter. They probably should’ve released this in the literal dead of winter. (Pun intended) I thought this started pretty good but became a bit repetitive in the middle half. It’s like a long cat and mouse game that goes back and forth for about an hour. The story is very simple but effective enough. Emma Thompson was good here but Judy Greer was a standout. She was ruthless and played her character perfectly. I thought the ending was really good. The entire finale sequence was emotional and done really well. This isn’t a movie I’d jump to rewatch but for a one time thing I liked it enough.
