Off the Grid

Poor but catchy. I watched the entire movie. It was quite entertaining. Give it a shot.

Lots of familiar tropes, some poor dialogue, not much character development, but entertaining enough to keep you hooked until the end with enough potential that a sequel wouldn’t be out of the question.

Think Rambo meets John Wick meets the Mosquito Coast.

For myself, This movie barely got 6 out of 10.

"Off the Grid" feels half-hearted and low
budget. It's a great idea but with lackadaisical execution.

Not really clear why this has rated so high. Predictable trash with the super scientist (who invented something dangerous) turning out to be able to defect multiple armed men using just a badger pelt and some hummus (or something), But don't think McGyver, or anything interesting like that.

I don't really know why this doesn't work. It has a reasonable budget, it has special effects, it has sweaty men, guns, a meaningless (almost creept) side story with a young South American woman, occassional good music. But it was completely unengaging.

Tomorrow, I won't remember this movie

My recommendation to you is not waste your time.

Don't waste your time just awful
