Great movie that has aged extremely well.
A classic self justice movie that does work because of Charles Bronson.
Racial equality amongst muggers!

A fairly decent movie that was likely an eye opener back over 50 years ago. I like how this one spent a lot of time developing how Paul Kersey got where he ended up, instead of like the other 4 movies in this series. The other movies seemed to show the assault and then right to the revenge killings. Also it was weird to see Jeff Goldblum in this movie.
I was rooting for Paul. This movie will always be relevant
Unquestionably Charles Bronson's finest screen hour.
A b-movie that somehow became a classic. I guess because of the vigilantism theme that will always be relevant unless you live in one of the safest city in the world.
Filmmaking wise, there's nothing outstanding here. Not even the much hyped Bronson performance, in my opinion.
If a movie isn’t going to have substance it should at least have style or suspense (ie John Wick). This movie has none of the three and while I thought Bronson did a good job acting, the plot was cliched and the editing was choppy.
