Ocean's Eleven

This remake of Ocean's Eleven is the best heist film I have ever seen! Not only does it have a super cast and great acting, it also has an excellent plot as well. This film had smarts, great comedy, and serious attitude that mixed well. The cast all had great chemistry together especially Clooney and Pitt who seemed like they had a fun time working with each other. Ocean's Eleven is an instant classic that I'll never get tired of watching over and over again.

Twenty three years later, this is still one of the most enjoyable and rewatchable heist movies. Fantastic script with a *massive* ensemble cast that has perfect chemistry; with the star power behind this, it could've been a disaster of egos clashing, but they're all so natural, you'd think they'd all been close friends for decades.

Sure, the plan itself is super convoluted and required a **ton** of uncontrollable things to go right, but it's such a breezy, fun watch that you stop caring about the logistical nightmares required and just enjoy the ride.

I mean, this might be the best remake of all time right? I don't like using the term masterpiece but this is pretty close to that. Ensembles are not easy to do well but Soderbergh was able to get this group of beutiful people, make a charming picture and it's got everything you want in a heist movie.

Almost twenty three years later, this is still one of the most tightly-written crime comedies of the century, so far. Some scenes are so brilliantly witty and acted that they still catch me off guard; like the first time Danny and Tess talk in the resturaunt: "they also painted occasionally."

I haven’t seen a lot of robbery movie. And I found this one very nice.

22 years later, this movie is so effortlessly cool and charming, it should be illegal.

This is a classic heist film and it's just so well acted/directed, but also it is super easy to follow as I never found myself confused. This cast is so legendary and it's just full of great chemistry, my favourites by far are George Clooney (Danny Ocean), Brad Pitt (Rusty Ryan), Matt Damon (Linus Caldwell) and last but not least Andy Garcia (Terry Benedict).

By Far my favourite Steven Soderbergh as it is drenched in style but also an awesome story of a man who just wants to heist a casino to teach the owner a lesson and get his ex-wife back, if you like heist films this is an essential viewing experience and just grab a big bag of popcorn.

A quite fantastic film.

Great plot, brilliantly rounded cast, two main leads who just ooze charisma, incredibly tight editing, directorial flair...

It's one of those films that you enjoy watching even though you know every single step of the plot from multiple rewatches.

Its 20 years old in 2021 and watching it now, it feels as fresh as ever. The only sign of its age was the boxers who fight!
