This is undoubtedly the Italian parody "Breaking Bad," "The Hangover", etc., as well as a singular combination of classic Italian humor with themes and situations that belong to American cinema and television. It might be above the average of recent Italian comedies, but still, most jokes fell flat or have been already seen billions of times elsewhere. It's not terrible though. The ugly photography surely doesn't help to appreciate it - why did they dye everything green?
