The plot is much like Eaten Alive, only with more action and less cannibalism. This one features a solid cast of character actors though, which makes it a little more engaging.

Michael Berryman is the GOAT of Cut and Run, the Ruggero Deodato sequel/non sequel to Cannibal Holocaust. Plot is all over the place yet remains bizarre fun and actually makes a pretty damn entertaining double feature with the director's later Body Count.

An utterly disjointed attempt to mash up Cannibal Holocaust with Heart of Darkness. I'm sure it felt way more relevant when the People's Temple massacre was still fresh in people's minds. Definitely worth the watch, though. Deodato had a bit more money than he was used to and while I'm sure quite a bit of it went up his nose, he still managed to put some nasty, very creative gore on the screen.

How the hell did Willie Ames ever get any work. What a dud, charisma wise. And looks wise and speaking wise. Just doesn't have it.
