Christopher Lee is one brutal Dracula in this film. There is lots of impaling and killing of all methods, bats and scary looks. A great Hammer film

I love the Hammer movies, I love gothic horror, however this is the most boring Dracula movie I have ever seen.
We follow three characters, and I can't even tell you what happens to one of them; Either the movie never showed it or I immediately forgot.
We, of course, get the legendary Christopher Lee returning to the lead role, but he has little to do; Only in a handful of scenes, and barely any dialog. On the plus side, we do get the most adorable fake bat I have ever seen.
There were some tonal shifts early on that bothered me tremendously. Although, the movie does so much wrong, that I wouldn't simply pin the failure of merely that.
I would only recommend this to diehard Hammer fans. Even then, it's a battle to get through. So many better Hammer movie to choose from, go watch one of those.
