There is no other movie quite so spectacular, bombastic, unpredictable and morally interesting.

I now have a new favourite M:I!!!

There's not much else to say really. The action, stunts, effects, and cinematography is excellent. The story and screenplay work very well and tie the some loose ends up very neatly.

Though...there is one thing...

Prepare for the longest 15 minutes you'll ever experience. Trust me!!

Amazing and heartstopping action flick that does not disappoint. It's also not boring for a single second even though it has a long runtime!

Mission: Impossible – Fallout is the best movie of the summer. In a summer full of hits “McQ”, Cruise and the rest of the IMF crew have found a way to make their earthbound spy game, in it’s sixth iteration, hit harder than Thanos’s gauntlet, franchise veteran Brad Bird’s beautifully staged Incredibles sequel, than a CGI mutant dinosaur, than The Rock fighting a building with his bare hands. From the opening moments of Lorne Balfe’s percussive score (the best since Whiplash or at least since you discovered the kitchen pots and pans could make disconcerting noise if you hit them with a spoon) you know you’re in for something hilariously and gratefully unrelenting, a marathon of entertainment. That’s before iconic theme’s been heard or a title card’s been seen. This movie is special. It has nods for the die-hards and new wrinkles for those accepting their first mission. It is probably one of the greatest action movies ever made, one of the most technically impressive movies I’ve ever seen, and a lifetime achievement award for an actor who’s been dogged at upending our expectations for nigh a lifetime in Tom Cruise. I hope there’s more. I almost can’t comprehend how their could be. I thought we ran out of things for Ethan Hunt to jump off of two movies ago.

I've been reading a lot lately, mostly because I'm just not getting as much from watching movies as I used to. Everything is a Marvel laugh-fest or another Star Wars "epic". It's all quips and quotes and there's just not a real sense of danger in most of Hollywood's rehashes, re-tellings and remakes.

Then along comes "...Fallout", restoring my faith in the movies. There's tons of action, amazing stunts, and great characters who work together to succeed.

Tom Cruise is truly insane and Rebecca Ferguson is as good a female action star as there is today. The villain is a strong malevolent force (Sean Harris).

"Mission: Impossible - Fallout" has saved the summer for me.

" A storm is coming."

And after such an amazing fifth entry they dare to follow it up with this. Even while rewatching this I was on the edge of my seat during the race against the clock and after 6 films you realize you care about the IMF team. Cruise, Pegg, Ferguson, Rhames and Baldwin with hopefully Renner returning one day. Even seeing Julia again was great. Henry Cavill and his mustache did well being the bad guy. Having Sean Harris return helped too.

The bathroom fight, the chase on foot around London, the car chase in Paris, the helicopter chase, the Halo jump, the final fight. All of them are great. It might not have been hanging to the side of a plane or Burj Khalifa but it was still epic.

I think I love the story the most in Fallout and that makes it so hard to say that the 6th entry in the franchise is my favorite and I for one can't wait for part 7. With the team returning alongside Christopher McQuarrie, it'll be great if they can manage three quarters of how epic the fifth and sixth installments were. But I have faith in them!

Mission: Impossible 7 can't come soon enough!!!

I don't know how it can be rated less than an 80% because this film is literal perfection, if you are a film student, you would understand how important it is to convey what you want to show on the screen and you need to show it in a way that's not only entertaining but interesting as well.

Tom Cruise not only does that, he does that with an outstanding performance with incredible mind boggling stunts, and keeps the seats filled in the theatres and mind you all the times I watched it in the theatre (which is 3 times) everytime, audiences were on the edge of their seats.

Its thrilling, it's well paced and most of all it's better than all of the Mission Impossible films before it. You can feel the love and effort Tom and his team has put in, into making this film.
