As a non-One Piece follower, but someone who has seen a couple of anime films, this movie was expectedly average. I liked that you had enough background to know who each character was and what they do in the team/crew. I liked the ending twist and I found it funny that Nami's powers including never covering her chest. There was too much fanservice for my tastes and half of the shots opened with straight up arses, but it's what happens in an older-audience shounen. I think this movie deserves a 6.5/10, but all anime movies are bad because they are OP one-shots.
