This movie's premise is great. I had decent expectations before going to see this but I was disappointed. Not only did the movie itself look incredibly ugly sometimes (sometimes also beautiful) but the storytelling was boring as well.
If you want something animated with nearly the same budget and having to do with dragons I can only recommend "Wish Dragon" on Netflix. Looks wayyy better and is way more entertaining.

An average movie with a somewhat unusual story. Despite having characters with potential, they are not developed enough. The dubbing is merely average, and the film fails to be truly engaging throughout its runtime, leaving some important questions unanswered. The animation is acceptable, without any major highlights. Additionally, I didn't find the design of the dragons appealing.

If you’re obsessed with dragons and need to watch everything dragon, this isn’t the worst thing you’ll come across. The mythos is very cool, and it’s centered around a few aspects of dragons that’s often ignored.

The sound design is awful. The art style is inconsistent, sometimes feeling like they bought an asset pack on Humble Bundle and flew with it. Some of the voice actors have wonderful voices, others not so much. And as much as I agree that the dialogue is poor, it’s great for a low budget Chinese translated dub.

Lots of potential here, but it all falls apart due to bad writing, acting, and in certain places, bad animation.

The premise is great so I hope the story this is based on is done proper justice one day. For now, I'd say pass on this one.

A production with certain ambitions that, however, fails to justify why it is interested in co-producing with China if the approach to Eastern culture is mainly Western, full of all the clichés of Hollywood animation cinema. The story develops with all the simplicity that a poorly worked (and above all, scarcely inspired) script provides, while the music by Arturo Cardelús at least manages to push the action scenes much better than the irregular direction of the Spanish-Chinese duo. It is a mix of many stories without even providing a visual concept that goes beyond the standard.

It's good for running it in the background.
