I'm actually quite surprised to see so many negative comments. I thought this movie was incredible. Basically everything I would want out of a Transformers movie. I don't really know what you people are looking for?

It doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it does manage something many blockbusters don’t even try: to entertain from start to finish. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts moves at full speed, with non-stop action and energy that never dips. It’s unapologetic popcorn cinema at its best.

Unlike some previous entries, this one actually tries to inject a bit more emotional weight. It’s not a tearjerker by any means, but there are a few surprisingly touching moments that are well-placed amidst all the chaos. And for a franchise that usually goes all in on noise, that’s a welcome change.

Visually, it delivers exactly what you'd expect from a big-budget production: spectacular effects, massive battles, and a scale that fully embraces the Transformers’ potential. The ‘90s vibe and the hip-hop-infused soundtrack give it extra flair and just the right dose of nostalgia.

Is it predictable? Absolutely. Full of clichés? For sure. But it works. And a big part of that is thanks to a cast that brings heart to the metal, especially Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, who ground the story with some much-needed humanity.

It might not be the best of the saga, but it’s one of the most balanced. It knows what it wants to be and doesn’t try to be anything else. Action, spectacle, and just the right touch of emotion. Sometimes, that’s all you need.

One of the best Transformers without a doubt. They left the best for last, that revelation, great projects are coming.

This was _less terrible_ than several other of the Transformer movies. I did not dislike this as much as I thought I would.

Not nearly as good as the heartfelt Bumblebee, but an enjoyable ride all the same. With some surprises I had never seen coming. I do hope they bring back Travis Knight for the next one though, or at least let him design the bots. The transformer designs were a bit lacking this go around.

Great way to kick
The Rise Of The Beasts
Trilogy Off.
Had a lot of fun with
this one and with it
Being part of a trilogy
I thought they set it all up
just right and with a
Crossover off the back of it
as well I thought the
Groundwork they laid down
in this was well done.
yes it was a rough start
and I thought oh don't
go down that route but as
things moved to the second
act it was a smooth and
enjoyable/entertaining
ride. Finally they got
The Godziller syndrome
under control where it was
a Transformers movie
not a more screen time
boring human movie.
I Loved "Primus" getting
a name drop for the first
time ever in a
Live action TF movie
especially with this
Installment centred around
his brother, (now that could
be interesting to explore
live action).
I appreciated the
shorter running time
and I thought most
of the humour was
funny and in the
appropriate places
(Especially Bumblebee
dropping the iconic line
lol,
being all out of
Bubblegum haha).

Verdict: this movie
Could have been an
absolute Shit-Show
but with the new
surge of life this
franchise has found
and this being
part 1/3
I'm definitely up to
see what is in store
next for
Transformers
Rise Of The Beasts 2.
