Sunshine comedy romance. Just an easy watch

Tom Cruise as Bartender Gigolo.

No what I was expecting, sometime emotional, with a great ending soundtrack this was full of times where you scream at the protagonist to get it right but it very of it's time and a quaint little film about a young Tom Cruise and his misgivings.

This was not what I was expecting, full of twists

Watched this solely through being a fan of both Tom Cruise & Elizabeth Shue.. although I found it better than it received entitle credit for, it felt a bit rushed for me at times, there could of been a bigger part for “jordan” (Elizabeth Shue).. it just went through two years in the space of a scene, and there shared romance it what felt like a quick ten minute spell. Some great quotations throughout and a good soundtrack though. I did actually enjoy it.

I can't help but think this started a whole trend of bartenders trying to be rock stars haha. This has a good soundtrack and is very cheesy and silly movie, but Tom Cruise does a good job as a flair bartender and Elisabeth Shue is always charming.
