After watching 'The Thundermans' movie, I had no hope for it being watchable or enjoyable, but it surprisingly outdid my very low expectations. By a little, mostly because it's watchable. The enjoyablity wasn't there but I'm not really the target audience anymore. It felt like the cheesy, bad but it knows it type of Nickelodeon and the Paramount visuals still haven't won me over. I've seen several Paramount streaming productions now and yes they look great, but they come across as insanely artificial, and I'm not just talking AI. Also, was Frankie Grande necessary? The whole bit was exhausting.

The film is a children's film, I should have understood it from the title: I should have understood it when Nickelodeon wrote the films... Suitable for 10-13 age groups. Not everyone should be a hero. It's a mediocre movie. Don't watch it, don't watch it.

A Superhero always answer the call, even business calls.

Really missing some Captain Man in the movie.
