Brighton based Detective Superintendent Roy Grace is a hard-working police officer who has given his life to the job, but his career is currently at rock bottom. _Grace_ is an enjoyable middle of the road detective serial. Simm is largely believable, but the other actors just don't leave much of an impact. Overall a fun enough series, especially if you like the book series, but there are certainly better examples of the British detective series.
