Not too bad but I've seen better.
As a drama this is top notch as you'd expect from P.D. James source material, but Bertie Carvel's weird mouth expressions are so distracting ...
S2 edit OMG his mouth!!!
After 2.5 seasons I'm trying to work out if I've ever seen worse acting. Then I remembered I've seen my 4 kids in pre-school & primary school nativity plays, so, no, I've never seen worse acting. Was Carvel told to be as Robert Brydon as possible??
