A very slow moving murder investigation that goes on for 16 year's without the Murderer being caught. Then a DNA solution is used with genealogy to look for the murderer. The series is really focused on the use of DNA and genealogy. There is a result at the end of the series. :thumbsup_tone1: A slow show that will not suit everyone's taste.
This could have been a 90 minute movie. Episode 2 in particular is entirely skippable.
It was ok, but as other nordic shows or movies I've seen, the resolution feels plain and uneventful. No twists, no punch, no nothing. They just "find the guy" (someone that we, as viewers, never saw before) who just "is" the killer; and that's it. The "Gunnar Gunnarsson" sketch is pretty much this mini series. At least they didn't drag it too much, was ok to watch it in one sitting
It was a little bit slow, but i liked the story, and the first episode was the best.
True, it's slow, but the acting is strong. Solid, especially for Netflix' standards.
