Rayna Jaymes and Juliette Barnes face personal and professional challenges as they navigate their paths as artists and individuals. Surrounding them, and often complicating their lives, are their family, friends and, in some cases, lovers, as well as the up-and-coming performers and songwriters trying to get ahead in the business.
Watched all 5 seasons in one week. It wasn’t without it flaws and dull moments, but watching it all it once, it all allowed me to have a wholistic experience. What I love about? The music. The drama. The romance. I loved how the storylines are wrapped up pretty quickly and not dragged with few exceptions; that allowed as to have an immense amount of issues and themes to explore. It touched me in more ways than I can explain. It made me cry. It made think about a lot of things.
There were a lot of characters. I didn’t particularly hate any; each had it’s faulty side. Plus, there is a considerable amount of growth and development to appreciate. It didn’t hurt that we got a great collection of hot sexy artistic dudes too ;)
It will forever be a TV show I won’t get tired of talking about. An easy 10, for having so much to offer.
