The most wholesome anime I ever watched, Slime is adorable.
This anime is an adaptation of the manga which is an adaptation of a novel. If you want more content and more political information, definitely check out the novel.

I really enjoyed watching this. The different power dynamics, magic, unique abilities, and the very powerful Demon Lords.

Makes for some really good fighting and a overall great show in my opinion.

Looking forward to more episodes and the movie.

This anime has no right being as good and complex as it is.

It is definitely a light hearted feel good anime, yet has a more in depth magic, politics and world building than 99% of stories trying to be series.

The "anything goes" definitely is a magic formula executed properly.

I hate serious stories where plotholes are covered by unexplained magic BS. In this anime they embrace the BS magic is and it allows you'll never feel cheated by plot armor as it's established first few episodes the slime is ever evolving through the magic system when reborn.

I wish it had a few more "dark" twists with higher stakes... But I wouldn't wanna risk whatever they got going so I'll take it for what it is with no complaints.

It started strong and there are many good episodes. but especially the second part of the second season was horrible. Episode after episode of nothing happening, just them sitting in a room discussing plans. Really boring.

A show with a overpowered protagonist that fix everything with the power of friendship, never comes in a serious trouble or something like that just happy happy happy.

Season 2 has so far been one single episode stretched into one season. Watch it only if you literally have nothing better to do.
