T.I.M.

although quite predictable, I really enjoyed this! a great psychological thriller and excellent acting. you'll find yourself gasping from start to finish!

"T.I.M." is a futuristic and fun film, but it does have a somewhat predictable storyline. It's interesting how the film touches on the growing influence of AI in our world, which can be a bit daunting when you consider the potential consequences. This was actually kinda good but also scary - be prepared for a thriller not some fun sci-do film
I liked the filming i feel like they did on purpose weird angles to give a unsettling vibe
It has a kind of positive ending so don’t worry too much - I do think they should’ve ended a bit better bc I wanted to know what happened with the company

*M3GAN* meets *Humans* (series). ***T.I.M.*** gets a big fat zero for originality, it's everything we're used to with A.I. but it's a decent version nonetheless. The acting is good all around but Eamon Farren's performance is what makes this movie so captivating, he's robotic with a touch of humanity but also unsettling. Good pacing, thrilling and the drama is engaging. Very predictable from beginning to end though and there's a few inconsintencies in the story; Biggest flaw is how Abi (who's basically working on the T.I.M. model herself) never reports stuff or does her job of analysing it's performance—she's clueless and dumb about it most of the time. Also, T.I.M.'s growth felt rushed at the beginning. Third act was thrilling and good ending.

If you've ever seen a movie featuring A.I. then you know exactly what this movie is about. I guess this is our generations zombie movies. [spoiler]Why did they make such a big deal about the weak spot on his hand if she wasn't going to use it before shutting him down and potentially falling to her death? Sigh.[/spoiler]

I never do this but I waited until watching the entire thing to look up anything about the movie. I thought it would be more popular than this lmao. I knew the guy who plays T.I.M was in something else and it was nagging me until it finally clicked two thirds in; he plays Richard Horne in Twin Peaks: The Return. He somehow looks very different in this performance and is clearly a great actor - definitely think he's going to have a catalogue of strong performances in the future...and of course there's the great Georgina Campbell too, probably the final straw that caused me to click play. Made me want to rewatch Barbarian.

Reminded me a lot of M3GAN from last year. Definitely not as classic as but at least the film kinda found itself in the second half...because I really didn't think I'd finish the movie as I was watching the setup. The only way It could have redeemed itself is if it got batshit in the second half and luckily it kinda did. Just insufferable how predictable it is though.

Just another movie about AI gone wrong. Nothing new or special about it.

Robot walks in while they are having sex, "Your heart rate and vital signs are elevated. Do you require assistance?" That tells you everything you need to know about this movie. Robot is a bit off and going to go wacky! I was waiting for the robot to say, "May I sexually satisfy you better than your husband now?"

Anyway, this movie is totally fake. No one would want a robot that could walk in on them in a private moment, or that monitors everything they do, or that makes them feel creepy whenever its around.

I was upset that someone would want to make a movie where the robot is a threat. I want to go back to nice robots like on the tv show small wonder. I can't wait for the day when I can have a robot spouse. Don't let this terrible movie give you bad thoughts about robots.

I watched this thinking it would be a bit like iRobot, I like these types of movies. But there is a big difference. I think the film is a bit slower, but certainly not bad. Sometimes even frighteningly scary itself, what robot can do.
