The cinematography, with its contemplative shots, perfectly conveys the atmosphere of a small town where time seems to stand still.

While the film occasionally takes the risk of a slightly slow pace, this primarily serves to deepen the introspection and emotion of the characters. I imagine some viewers might expect more development of certain secondary storylines, but for me, this didn’t take away from the strength of the main narrative.
