Ichika is a high school musician who can enter a mysterious place called “SEKAI,” where she and her friends express their innermost emotions through music alongside Hatsune Miku. If you’ve never played COLORFUL STAGE - and thus don’t know the characters - the beginning of this may be marginally confusing, but you catch on quick.

Even so! The message in this movie is so beautiful and is conveyed so wonderfully that it’s hard to find any fault whatsoever.

I may be biased since this was exactly what I needed to hear/watch at exactly the right time.

I'm a longtime Vocaloid fan so of course I'd go to the cinema to see Miku, Len, Rin, Luka, Kaito and Meiko on the big screen but I have no idea about the mobile game characters so I was kinda lost on who they are lol this must be awesome if you play or are familiarized with Project Sekai

Still, I was giddy every time any of the Crypton vocaloids showed up and talked with their silly robotic voices, and the plot was cute so I overall enjoyed it :) actually I'm lowkey considering to play the game so I get to know these other characters...

The mini concert after the credits was so sweet, I loved to see all the vocaloids singing Miku's song!! and we all clapped at the end haha
