Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK

A colossal-sized omnibus film bringing together the last two episodes of Attack on Titan in the franchise's first-ever theatrical experience. After venturing beyond the walls and separated from his comrades, Eren finds himself inspired by this new truth and plots the "Rumbling," a terrifying plan to eradicate every living thing in the world. With the fate of the world hanging in the balance, a motley crew of Eren's former comrades and enemies scramble to halt his deadly mission. The only question is, can they stop him?

I really hope they finally use the tracks from the album, which weren't used in the previous versions: Friendships, aim of the fate, vanishment.

Even though you've watched the anime, it's still worth watching again. Especially if you watch it on the big screen. So it's a must to watch it in the cinema so that the rumbling sensation is more pronounced.

My first review seeing this film during an snow day was worth seeing this film even if it was compilations pf the first two TV specials of the Final Chapter. The story stands about the same though I believe it has some additional extra scenes (especially at the more gory details starting from first out of four chapters) that may not have been screen other than the film itself. The color tones have really improved just an bit to saturated from TV special quality. The character developments with AOT characters are still spot on to no surprise (especially the sacrifices during Rumbling again starting from first chapter). The music always brings it to home stretch from both epic, tradegic, and reminscene put altogether. But the most important thing I wanted to see was an special scene after post credit which delivers an very different The End feeling than usual from TV special which is more appropriate in my opinion.
