Detective Conan: One-Eyed Flashback

As police inspector Yamato Kansuke pursues a certain man in the snowy mountains of Nagano, a shadow suddenly appears in his field of vision. While he's distracted, a rifle bullet fired by someone grazes his left eye and causes an avalanche accompanied by a roar. Ten months later, Kansuke, having miraculously survived the avalanche, receives a report that a researcher at the Nobeyama National Astronomical Observatory has been attacked.
The story revolves around a mysterious case connected to the past of both Detective Kogoro Mouri and Detective Yamato—famously known for his single eye.
It all begins 10 months ago, when Yamato was shot during a mission in the icy mountains, and everyone thought he had died.
But fast forward 10 months, someone connected to Kogoro’s past is murdered in Tokyo.
This leads Kogoro and Conan to Nagano to investigate—and what they uncover is far beyond what they expected. The case might even be tied to an old national security incident.
As for the mystery and thrill? They were top-notch 🔥
As always, Conan is the smartest one in the room.
But this time, the story is deeper and more challenging—I genuinely enjoyed every moment of it.
My advice? Pay close attention while watching! There are moments where you'll find yourself going, "Wait, what just happened?!" 😅
And if you really want to grasp everything, I highly recommend watching the related episodes before seeing the film:
516–517 / 557–561 / 653–654 / 754–756 / 808–812 / 983–984 / 1123–1124
Once again, huge thanks to Spacetoon – The Youth of the Future for making this premiere experience possible.
My rating: 8/10
