Let me see... Decent martial arts, Terry Farrell being incredibly gorgeous, Wilson actually being a bit looser than usual (He actually smiles without it looking like a grimace), and... nothing much else.

Red Sun Rising has its moments, but all in all it's a bit slower and dialogue driven than I'd like from a Don "The Dragon" Wilson feature. Especially when the dialogue is... less than stellar. Watchable, but don't expect a 90s action masterpiece.
