That being said, I have to stay I was blown away by the movie in itself and the sheer brilliance of Cumberbatch's performance which will not be the first time..
The movie not only includes a brilliant performance but the script and the story line is captivating from beginning till end making it totally worth to be nominated for four academy awards this year which are best picture, best supporting actress for Keira Knightley, best directing, and best actor for the ever so deserving Cumberbatch to which I would be so very disappointed if he did not snag that baby home.

As far as the Critical response goes, Another incident where the Critics and I agree. *I really ought to have my temperature checked*

If you have not watch it already, you really have to, even if it did not win the Oscars this year.. This movie is really NOT something you should miss..

Incredible movie. No expectation and, I really enjoyed it. It's a movie every movie nerd should see for sure. From direction to dialogue, it's a masterpiece

I watched this movie for two reasons:
1) Benedict Cumberbatch
2) The sheer number of times it was mentioned in my Foundations in CS class

It surpassed all expectations.

I really liked it and I actually searched about what really happened and it was incredible! A #mustsee.

I rarely watch movies in theatres, unless it's a special movie. Alan Turing is one of the founders of my field of work (computing and information systems). So, I made it a point to watch this in the Theatre way before its digital release. Since then, I've watched this movie so many times, I've lost count. It always leaves me emotional. Gay or not, he deserved a better life and much more respect from the British government than what was given to him after the war.

An incredible movie, truly. I cried in the end 😭. Though clearly dramatized for the silver screen, Alan Turing's life was incredible and I hope he's at peace.

I REALLY loved this movie. What a great acting from Benedict! I didn't know the movie was about Alan Turning , honestly. Mind blowing for me later.
